We each spent a number of years in the manufacturing industry leading projects both on the business & technical side, and are passionate about manufacturing, automation technology, and digital transformation. We created this podcast with the goal of bringing you insightful discussions with industry experts on manufacturing, industrial automation, career progression, and much more!

Dave Griffith

Dave Griffith brings a wealth of knowledge and experience that spans the many facets of Industrial Automation and Manufacturing. Dave has spent the last 15 years helping different companies grow and become competitive in the Industrial Space.

Dave’s expertise is in Project Conception, Design, System Architecture, and Implementation. He specializes in helping industrial clients implement cost-saving processes that quickly pay for themselves, with an emphasis on IIoT, Industry 4.0 and other Data-Driven Solutions.

Dave is an ambassador for cooperation and community-building in the Industrial Automation space. Most recently, he has become a much-beloved co-host of the weekly multimedia broadcast, Manufacturing Hub.Dave has studied at and holds degrees from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and the University of Buffalo.

Vladimir Romanov

Vladimir Romanov is an Electrical Engineer with a focus on Industrial Automation & Controls. He started his career at Procter & Gamble where he execute multimillion-dollar projects while leading cross-functional teams. Some of the most exciting projects he completed during this time include two-line roll-outs (valued over $20MM each) and a Research & Development project that allowed the production of PocketPearl (Highly successful P&G brand).

In 2017, he joined Kraft Heinz where he was put in charge of 26 mechanics and electricians while trying to manage tight budgets, KPIs and Lean Six Sigma initiatives at a food production facility.

As he grew his capabilities on the technical side, his desire to fully understand business aspects led him to pursue an MBA at McGill University.

Vlad is the Co-Founder of SolisPLC, an online PLC programming & automation training platform.
