Justin has extensive experience in the world of manufacturing automation and system integration. Justin worked for a variety of employers from the navy to his own start-up company. He's worked with a wide range of technologies including PLC programming software, SCADA tools, protocol converters, and much more. My day-to-day consists of a variety of tasks, such as creating security awareness at the Critical Infrastructure Sectors who need it most, at the same time collaborating with customers on how to secure industrial communications through unsecured networks. I also provide technical support to field sales and internal engineers to be able to reach the customers' expectations and satisfaction. Furthermore, analyze competition, understand market needs, and create advertising campaigns to differentiate features or enhancements for products that will allow us to keep being successful.

Adam Montoya is a manufacturing and engineering expert, known for his ability to accelerate business, with two decades of experience. At Bright Machines he leads a world-class team devoted to evaluating and implementing automation on today’s factories, directly addressing customer pain-points and revealing new market opportunities. He spent 10 years at Flex, leading the Manufacturing Technology and Automation team and prior to this held several positions at Solectron.
Adam is currently the CEO of Copia Automation, a company specializing in DevOps solutions for manufacturing. Adam launched his software development career at Uber where he led teams that delivered exceptional results, built cutting edge DevOps tools, and brought an incredible product to market. As he had close ties to the manufacturing industry through his upbringing, Adam decided to combine his knowledge with an industry he knew well and bring the manufacturing of the solution needs to improve the bottom line. Under his leadership, Copia Automation is currently working on tools that are looking to facilitate software development, reduce downtime, and to create a better process for all automation engineers and managers.
Alicia (aka Ali G) is a safety-conscious, ambitious, and reliable automation and process engineer with 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing environments. Experience in industrial systems integration, Allen Bradley PLC programming, motor & I/O control panel design, electrical panel SCCR calculations, hydraulic calculations for pipe and pump sizing, process equipment specification, and pilot scale-up. Over 8+ years of experience developing relationships with equipment vendors through major involvement in the procurement process of both process equipment/piping and control panel hardware. Ali G recently went full-time on her own company Process & Controls Engineering and brings some very unique perspectives of the process world to System Integration!
Allen Ray is an accomplished automation professional and leader. Allen began his career in the field as a technician and built his career into a leadership position at Aera Energy where he currently oversees a number of initiatives in the automation, cyber security, and industrial systems spaces. Allen is well versed in technologies that allowed us to make the shift toward industry 4.0 and is working with numerous vendors to augment the current hardware and software solutions to meet end-user needs.
